"London Smog"
The "London Smog" was way back i the day when London had lots of coal burning. In London England, it is dark and dirty, from factories burning, and houses warmed by coal. This is caused by coal burning. The consequences are, sickness, and death. How to prevent this from happening the English people started burning less coal and now London air is much clearer, cleaner, and healthier than it was 100 years ago.

Donato, London type smog is very different compared to photochemical smog. London type smog is caused by coal burning is caused by oxide particles combining with sun particles. London type smog can cause sickness and death which is more severe then photochemical, which only causes irritation in the eyes, throat, and lungs. God job describing London type smog.

Hi Donato its Larry,london type smog sounds bad. Acid rain is also bad. Acid rain is made by the burning of sulfur oxide rich coal. when the sulfur oxide gets into the air it mixes with nitrogen oxides and water vapor and creates acid rain!
